What we collect, and why

Quote and sample requests. Your name, organisation, phone number, location, the quantity and line you want, any message you write, and your email if you give one. We use it to call you back, price your order and make it. It reaches our team by email and is kept in our order inbox.
Email updates. Your email address, if you sign up. We use it to send occasional news about products and capacity. Signing up is optional and is separate from asking for a quote.
Visits to this site. A simple count: the page visited, the site you came from, whether you use a phone, tablet or computer, your country, and a visitor code that changes every day. We do not store your IP address or your browser string, and we put no tracking cookie or identifier on your device. We also measure how fast pages load. We only do this if you allow analytics in the cookie notice.
Protecting the site. To stop abuse, we keep short-lived request counters and security logs that use a one-way scramble of your IP address rather than the address itself.

Cookies and stored settings

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. The first time you visit, a notice lets you allow all, reject the optional ones, or choose. Until you choose, only the necessary items below are used.

Necessary. Remembers your cookie choice, your light or dark theme if you switch it, and ticks you make in blog checklists. Kept on your device.
Preferences (optional). One cookie, kept for a year, that remembers you have seen the opening animation so it does not replay.
Analytics (optional). The anonymous visit counts and page-speed measurements described above. They set no cookie. Nothing is sent unless you allow it.
Embedded content (optional). The Google Maps map of our factory. Google may set its own cookies when it loads, so it stays unloaded until you allow it or choose to load it.

We do not sell your information. A few suppliers process it for us to run the site: our web host and page-speed measurement (Vercel), our database (Supabase) and our email service. Some of these suppliers store data outside Nigeria. They may use it only to provide their service to us.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to reply to you and to keep records of orders, then delete them. We keep your email for updates until you ask us to stop. Visit counts contain no personal details and are kept as totals.

Your rights

Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 you can ask to see what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, object to how we use it, and withdraw your consent at any time. To stop email updates, email us and we will remove you. If you are unhappy with how we handled a request, you can complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.
